when to arrive

  • If you are playing in a Friday game (and you selected “early play” when you registered), you will need to be ready to play by 5PM on Friday, April 1.

  • If you are not playing in a Friday game, plan to arrive Friday afternoon/early evening to attend the registration party where you will check in, get your information packet, and enjoy some drink deals.

  • Bracket play will start early Saturday morning.

    • Charlottesville-Albemarle (CHO) – 15 minute drive to UVA

    • Richmond (RIC) - Richmond, Virginia – 80 minute drive to UVA (very easy straight-shot down I64)

    • Dulles (IAD) - Washington, DC – 2 hour drive to UVA

    • Reagan International - Washington, DC – 2.5 hour drive to UVA

  • Train

    • Charlottesville Union Station is served by Amtrak's Cardinal, Crescent, and daily Northeast Regional passenger trains
