when to arrive

  • If you are playing in a Friday game (and you selected “early play” when you registered), you will need to be ready to play in the late afternoon on Friday, April 5.

  • If you are not playing in a Friday game, plan to arrive Friday afternoon/early evening to attend the registration party where you will check in, get your information packet, and enjoy some drink deals.

  • Bracket play will start early Saturday morning.

Field Directions

Games will be played at The Park, Copeley, Darden Towe, and McIntire Park. You can find directions to each of those fields here.

  • We will continue adding additional hotel blocks in the coming weeks. Blocks will fill up, so please book accommodations as soon as possible, or plan to make arrangements on your own.

  • Airbnbs are also available around Charlottesville.

    • Reagan International - Washington, DC – 2.5 hour drive to UVA

  • Train

    • Charlottesville Union Station is served by Amtrak's Cardinal, Crescent, and daily Northeast Regional passenger trains

  • Bus
